Highways of Agony
I imagine this is on here somewhere already but I thought I'd repost for anyone who hasn't seen it. These are all real not reconstructed. Just imagine them trying to show this to high school students during driver's ed today which is what happened for years including me when I learned to drive. |

Re: Highways of Agony
My Driver's Education teacher had multiple we were forced to watch... and I got in a ton of shit for it. The guy's monotone voice in the face of disaster and horrible jokes got me to laugh too much. I guess I'm just fucked up... like many of you here I'm sure... but I remember getting a Very Long talking to after each of them. Then I had to explain why I laughed in front of the class. I'm pretty sure there were plenty of kids that kept a LONG distance from me after that.

Re: Highways of Agony
In my high school, it was the big one - Mechanized Death. I think I've watched almost the entire Mansfield Ohio Highway Safety Foundation series, including Camera Surveillance (1964) where they secretly filmed a "tearoom" but you never saw that one in any high school, I bet |
