One citizen was killed and dozens of people from Ibb province, central Yemen, were injured in a shocking traffic accident.

Local sources confirmed that one person died and dozens were injured. Dozens of cars were damaged and an electric pole was uprooted following the rush of semi that was parked on a high street overlooking Jabla Street, south of Ibb, on Saturday afternoon.

According to sources, the truck, moved towards the street filled with dozens of pedestrians and vehicles. The semi came to a halt inbetween two rocks on the sides of the street.
