That is an electric scooter not a bicycle. The rider seemed to know the route but was not expecting the closed gate. I wonder if the gate is normally open and somebody closed it that day.  |

Got to agree with the other posters, the groaning at the end is the most satisfying part, i can only wish this happened to more inconsiderate electric scooter riders on a regular basis.
