I agree. That driver had plenty of time to avoid that wreck. Maybe since he has the dash cam, he thought he could use a new car since it was the other person's fault.

I think he was fixed on the first car cutting him.... he just didnt noticed the car coming from the right... The horn was for the first car cutting him |
