My guess is that the rear of the car was obscured by the oncoming headlight. I agree though. The car braked before the bright headlight. I really don't understand it either.  |

Red brake light on for 7 seconds before impact... the driver must have been blind, drunk, blind drunk, farting around with his phone or the radio or just retarded.
