pro street in the USA, known as superstreetbike in europe... road tyres, pump petrol... these guys are running around 600bhp and don't often come off.... see how quickly the bike lifts the front when he hits the nitrous!!! |

Nitrous is a wonderful thing but can be very brutal when it comes on. Have they figured out a way to make it come on smoothly yet?  |

well i'm not 100% sure but i remember reading about progressive intakes jets that increase the flow of nitrous into the cylinders as the revs rise....i assume it would be electronically controlled and work like an ignition advancer

ouch...hitting the wall is bad...hitting the wall at the top end of the strip when you're doing 280mph is a big no-no... Jerry Caminito survived this crash...testament to the car builders....though i suspect that the fact the track had armco instead of a concrete wall might have also helped |
