I'm continually amazed at the accident vids we see from Russia/Ukraine. I know a lot of the volume of vids is due to the necessity of dashcams to counter a corrupt legal system. But it seems that their highways and streets are a bit of a free-for-all where anything goes.
The only highway I've ever seen that beats the Russian ones is the highway on the Matrix!
