Guy on Scooter Engulfed in Flames After Collision with a Truck

Thailand. Had 74% of his skin burned. 18 yo.

The 29-year-old truck driver said the truck was turning to the right. To cross to the other side of the road. Then head down to the shoulder of the road. He heard a loud noise and stopped and then found a scooter/motorcycle crashed and on fire into the left rear wheel of the trailer.

Police haven't charged anyone yet.
