I would love to see people who drive like that permanently taken off the roads as anything other that passengers. Compare and contrast this driver with the guy who steered around the crashing cars in the Virginia video. One avoided crashing into anyone on an interstate covered with snow and under limited visibility; the other can't even u-turn in a wide parking lot with no other traffic under excellent driving conditions.
