Guy on Crosswalk Hit Hard by Speeding Car and Dies
Republic of Kazakhstan, Leg and other info says also an arm came off. A Toyota Camry car hit a 17 yo student walking a crosswalk. The driver of the Toyota Camry was placed in a temporary detention center. A criminal case has been instituted on this fact under Part 3 of Article 345 "Violation of the rules of the road by persons driving vehicles that resulted in the death of a person." The car also demolished a fence and crashed into a parking building. The driver faces a prison term of up to five years with deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to five years. |

He had an air of arrogance about him, going into the crosswalk like he owned the world, not waiting and allowing that white car to pass by before he crossed.
