Guy Chasing His Dog Across the Highway Fatally Hit by a Tata Flatbed Truck
India. The accident occurred when A.N, 29, was walking his dog near the National Highway last Sunday and his dog suddenly darted across the road. As he rushed to save the pet, he was struck by a speedy Tata multi-axle flatbed truck. As a result he died on the spot. The Nehru Colony Police have registered a case under relevant sections for causing death by negligence. The truck has been seized by authorities for forensic examination. |

How the fuck was the truck driver negligent? The fucking dumbass running after his fucking dog in the middle of traffic is the responsible party here. |

I know but in India under a new law if a driver causes death by rash/negligent driving through speeding they can face up to 5 years of imprisonment and a fine. When the driver flees (hit&run) he can face up to 10 years imprisonment and a heavy fine.
