Thai. Grandparents (65 & 59) together with their 14 year old grandson in a pick-up truck. The granddad didn't see any train so he decided to cross the track.  all survived. |

Probably unlikely.  Let's hope the insurance company sees this video and voids their accident claim based upon gross negligence. The cost of the truck, medical bills, and any damage charges by the railroad would then be a hefty penalty and reminder to approach rail crossings with caution, not apathy. |

Doesn't matter how old they are, flashing lights at a railroad crossing means stop the damn vehicle and stay until the train passes. Glad the three survived.

65 years old only means this... slow reflexes, half blind, half deaf but most dangerous of all.. heart attack ready to happen at anytime.
