Granddad Doesn't Notice His 2 Yo Grandkid Falling from the Back of His Minivan
China, The kid climbed over the seats and was in the back playing and accidentally opened the back door with his foot tumbling out of the vehicle. It took a while before the grandfather found out he was missing.  Kid was crying but not harmed physically.
