If the are is bordered by a broken white line you can enter it, but only if it necessary and safe to do so: if it is bounded by a solid white line then you must not enter it except in an emergency,she had no need to overtake all those cars therefore it wasn't necessary or safe

I just don't understand people who walk out into roads without looking first. I've personally avoided being hit by cars on several occasions because I stopped and took a peek around the bus/truck blocking my view.

I mean yeah, that guy WAS in the wrong.. but how the fuck was he to know that she would've been driving on the wrong side of the road towards him.

LOL at her audacity though, hits the pedestrian then immediately asks/tells him to help her with her bike all while talking down to him as if she wasn't partly to blame.
