Perhaps, but ive heard from americans who spent a lot of time in China their liability laws are... Fucked. People run from helping because they dont want to end up on the hook financially or legally for whatever befalls the victims. Also heard its not uncommon for people to fake shit like this or even hurt themselves to make a buck off of good samaritans. |
