Giant Dump Truck Backs Up Tumbles Down in Mining Pit
The driver of a giant dump truck managed to leave the cab and survived. The incident occurred at one of the open pits of the Kachkanar Mining and Processing Plant. When unloading, the driver could not maintain a safe distance to the cliff, the truck tumbled down into a hole and caught fire. In addition, the dump itself was built with violations, this also contributed to the accident. Now the commission of the Evraz group, which owns the plant, is checking. |
