..Its quite rare for the gas pedal to get stuck. Normally as i think is in this case, its an unexperianced or nervous driver who when they get into a situation like this just "freeze". So probably their foot is stuck down as they panic.

So serious question, is the red car at fault for this accident. Where I live (USA) the red car would be at fault for turning on the outside lane, which is just idiotic. Also I think the driver was unconscious, his door got hit pretty bad  |
