What a bunch of idiots. Tying the outboard motor boat to the SIDE of the bigger boat that all the people were on. How stupid.

They were so excited about fishing (notice the brainerd with the triple hook caught in his shorts) that they didn't pay attention to anything else.

They SO need a lesson on boating and watercraft. Didn't see a single life jacket or life preserver ring on the boat.
