Re: Ford Driver Partially Drives Over a BMW to Flee After Accident in Front of Pub
Think you missed his point. I took “Car Insurance” to mean the person driving the BMW has it. And it sounds like they had already been assaulted by the person fleeing the scene. So why would the person in the BMW get out and try to stop a lunatic not in their right mind risking further injury or death? The damage had already been done to their vehicle and they had detained them long enough to get their license plate. Nothing good was going to come from getting out of their vehicle to try and stop a person with a deadly weapon in motion not in their right mind. Let me add that as a past and present owner of 100k+ porsches audis and especially bmw, if you drive one, you’re fully insured and most likely are still under warranty as they are not cars you drive into the ground or want to be driving without those things. For instance l, a BMW battery alone is 1k from the dealership. If it had been me in the BMW, I’d have stayed in my car as well. Fuck that, let the police and my insurance deal with it. It’s why I pay the mfs. Being a tough guy in that situation would have been beyond stupid. |
