They got lucky there. Not enough gas to blow up the entire place.. acquired some burns and had a good scare but escaped with their lives.  |

Story here. Description LA ESPERANZA, HONDURAS .- Five people suffered burns this Wednesday when a gas pipe exploded inside a restaurant. The incident, which was captured by local cameras, occurred in the El Tejar neighborhood, in the municipality of La Esperanza, Intibucá, western Honduras. Apparently a gas leak would have caused the explosion that quickly created a blaze of fire in the kitchen area of the Sabores a las Brasas restaurant, affecting the employees of the place. Five people were left with burns on their faces and upper extremities. Those affected, who were taken in a private vehicle to the Dr. Enrique Aguilar Cerrato Hospital, were identified as Mayra Sánchez (39), José Santos Lorenzo (38), Deysi Araceli Amaya (22), Ángela Gutiérrez Vásquez (26) and María Inocencia clear (23). |

It's funny how these full blown gas explosions don't seem to cause nearly as much explosive fire damage to life and limb as some gay indian or arab hairdresser's hairspray bottle in a salon or something  |
