Fireworks Factory Near Sacramento Explodes
On July 2, 2025, a fireworks warehouse in Esparto, Yolo County, California, exploded, causing a massive fire that spread across 80 acres and prompted mandatory evacuations. The blast, occurring days before the Fourth of July, sent debris thousands of feet into the air, launched fireworks, and produced thick black smoke visible for miles. Seven people are reported missing, with no immediate injuries confirmed. The fire destroyed fireworks intended for celebrations in Yuba City, Marysville, and Sutter and Yuba counties, leading officials to explore alternative plans. The California State Fire Marshal has deployed an arson and bomb investigation team, and the cause is under investigation, with explosive experts needed to secure the site. |

Re: Fireworks Factory Near Sacramento Explodes
I lived in Yolo county for many years. They don’t need a bomb squad to investigate terrorism they need to find the drunken fool who was smoking inside. |
