Female Security Guard Hit by a Wheel That Broke Off a Garbage Truck
A security guard at Rambam Hospital in Haifa got injured when a wheel broke off a garbage truck of the Municipality of Haifa and hit her. She was transferred to hospital with minor bruises.

I still see people driving for miles right next to semi-trucks and cement trucks.........they have a LOT of faith in the $30 chinese tires the driver's boss is buying for his trucks.....Although this was mechanical failure. Still, what would have happened if it had been on the freeway, and you were in the Subaru next to it?
