If she ultimately survived she's definitely going to have life-changing injuries. Even the impact of her head on the ground is plenty to cause massive head and brain injures. I wouldn't put money on the driver and front seat passenger of the Lada they hit having survived that either, but Russians do seem to be extremely resilient. Too fast on a damp road. I can't count how many times I've seen that one   ...
