In the Chelyabinsk region, russia, a VAZ car, driven by a 23-year-old woman, who didn't have a driver's license hit two female pedestrians (67 & 45), who were crossing the road from right to left in the direction of the car's movement.

As a result of the collision, the 67 year old woman died at the scene of the accident. The other woman was taken to a medical facility with injuries of varying severity.
