Female Motorist Hits Cyclist
April, 2023. A woman has been arrested after a cyclist, Robert Clarke, was knocked off his bike in Melbourne's south-east. He was knocked off at 6.40am by a white Mitsubishi Lancer accelerating toward the 59-year-old and mounting the kerb to hit him. The Pakenham man was in tears as he recounted the ordeal today.
