i love how joggers/bike rider act like they own the road and keep on going, expecting everyone to stop for them. there will always someone in the car doing like that.. you're better off watching both way before crossing the road, not jogging thru the intersection. both is at fault btw.

Both are at fault. The car seems like it was going to run a red and the woman just didnt bother to be more careful and do the whole "look both ways" thing.
