Lucky it was just a leg amputated although she could have been more aware and could have jumped out of the damn way but she was not paying attention and now she will never walk the same way again

Did you know that in China, if you injure someone you have to pay their medical bills for LIFE - including all lost wages from being unable to work, that is why a lots of times drivers in China - once they realise they're going to hit someone - they'll literally try to ensure the victim dies as then only one single payment must be made to the victims family by the driver!
