The Maryland Attorney General's Office released video from a February 8 fatal crash in Baltimore involving a fleeing car. The car hit another vehicle and then a building, which collapsed onto the vehicles.

The Baltimore Police Department said a pedestrian was taken to Johns Hopkins Hospital in critical condition after the car crashed into a house at East North Avenue and North Wolfe Street.

Video shows officers moving onto the rubble and shouting at the suspect to show his hands as he exited the car. Officers are also seen rushing to dig out others trapped in the rubble.
