Wow, that's crazy.. Especially when the guy who died didn't even cause the accident.. Scary drivers! I feel bad for the girl sitting next to her dead relative/friend too, she must have been in shock still, because I would be flipping out.

My guess is a ruptured aorta. They can easily get torn in an accident. He's a big guy, but his belly is awfully distended into a high contour. * Sharon - thoughts? I'm assuming you're seen these before. |
