Fatal Apartment Fire 2008

I'm sure the full story can be found on multiple news websites but i'll give a quick story. Two men were in the top left apartment the night of the fire and the tenant of the apartment gave heroine to the vistor he overdosed and the owner paniced and set the whole apartment on fire and fled to new jersey right after lightning the fire. When the coroner took the body in he ruled that overdose did not kill the man the fire did. Also 2 firefighters and a civilian were injured one fell from a window on top of of a firefighter causing the firefighters legs to break and another fire fighter fell through a floor and received severe burns and smoke enhalation but was pulled from the house. 3 months later the fugitive was captured and returned to face trial where ended up recieving the death sentence just last year in 2013.
