Unfortunate. The sun is glaring directly into the driver's eyes. I could barely see the R/R flashing lights - and only because I was focusing on them. There is a real need to have crossing gates in addition to the flashing lights installed at this location.

He brakes right before the tracks, then decides to go the slowest possible speed over them. Even if you can't "see" the lights flashing....dont you wonder why no one in the incoming lane has gone over the tracks? Instead they have stopped before the tracks?  |
