Excavator Operator Causes Wall to Fall on Workers
The incident happened around late afternoon this past Sunday (6), in An Khe village, Phu Khe commune, Thai Binh province. While renovating a drainage system, the bucket of the excavator hit the wall causing it to collapse onto three workers. Luckily all three survived with minor injuries. |
