Ex Army Officer Killed when SUV Hits His Bike Head-on
India. A SUV carrying 4 youths, in an intoxicated state, was driving in the wrong lane and rammed into two motorcycles. As a result retired army officer, D.R, 55, died and 2 people on a motorcycle taxi and an auto-rickshaw driver were injured after they were struck by the wrong-way SUV immediately after the first collision. The Mahindra SUV is registered in the name of B.K.G. There were a total of four people in their twenties in the car (family members and friends). They were returning from a late party where they had been drinking alcohol. The car was driven by one of these people in their twenties who works as a food delivery driver for a delivery app. A police breathalyzer test showed that he was heavily under the influence of alcohol.  |

Thankfully, the house with the camera (well, THIS camera'd up house, anyway) had the requisite 5+ stray dogs in its yard. Wouldn't want to underperform vs. the neighbors.
