Actually, that should be titled "Asshole In Black Car Rear-Ends Elderly Man In Pickup, Causing It To Hit A Palm Tree". The black car hit the back end of the pickup, causing it to lift and get loose, fishtail, and partially roll into the tree.

Good eye!! I think you are absolutely right. Black car was most likely driving erratically to get the freak off his hood.
