Elderly Man Jumps in Front of Moving Car
Man pounces towards moving vehicle and is hit hard April 10, 2023, Puerto Rico- A pedestrian accident was reported at 10:30 in the morning on Saturday, April 8, through the 9-1-1 Emergency System, on the PR-4472 next to the Residencial Alturas de Isabela. According to the police, the pedestrian, I.R.C.L., 65 years old and resident of the aforementioned place, was walking through the sidewalk area and when the Mitsubishi Galant vehicle was passing through the area, the man rushed towards the car and was hit in the head. The driver didn't stop at the scene. The pedestrian was transported by paramedics to a hospital institution in the region, where a doctor indicated that he had a cervical fracture and referred to a hospital in the metropolitan area. Agent Hernández of the Isabela district, supervised by Sergeant Roberto Ferrer, were in charge of the investigation. |
