Videos of a traffic accident that occurred early Sunday morning, September 3, 2023, in Pedernales, Manabí province, were shared on social networks. In the images you can see how while a group of people was traveling down the street, a van crashed into a house .

In the videos published online you can see, from various angles, the instant in which a truck loses control and collides with such force that the three people who were in the bucket fly away and end up on the ground unconscious, while others are hit by the same vehicle.

Inside the bucket, four other people are affected, one of them faints while the others look at his condition. The truck backtracks and parks in another sector and you can see the damage caused by the strong crash .

A third video shows how the occupants of the vehicle approach a patrol car and one of the people affected. However, the occupants of the truck increase and hit the car . Users of social networks assure that one of the people who was walking on the road throws an object into the car prior to the accident.

At the moment the status of the people involved in this traffic accident is not known.
