that police officer was kinda retarded. he was supposed to secure the spot and give a first-aid. he done nothing to keep the location safe.

The police officer had no clue what to do. I thought they had to have basic first aid skills at least. It took him ages to even check on the guy!  Then he tells a guy who is struggling to breathe not to move. I dont think he can move right now lol. He took a hard hit! |

god i had to post on this what a shit police officer "we have a pedestrian vs car" lol. then he starts talking to the camera "hes probly got spine and neck injuries" nothing like filling him full of fucking confidence is there?  |
