Drivers fault for driving the wrong way, and adult in charge of the two young girls supervision is also at fault for not looking when crossing the street with them.

In Soviet Russia, street crosses you! Driver was at fault. Pedestrians were watching the flow of traffic. If he hadn't been driving against traffic, their actions would be irrelevant. Hence, he is what the law calls the proximal cause of the incident. So much for that Progressive safe driver discount. Flo would be so disappointed. |

well i mean they should have looked both ways but still they probably felt an expectation that a car wouldn't be coming from an illegal way

He was going the wrong way so it's Really his Fault...But we should learn to look both ways b4 crossing a street...especially with Children..omg!   |
