nah. it was a common chinese and korean gesture of "please dont". maybe someone offered to call ambulance or police and he gestured "please dont".

what was the "magic wand" sound? in other news, i think his attention was on the parked SUV; he was probably watching it to see if it was going to advance into his path, not knowing if someone was in it. that, in combination with the fact that the car he hit was dark(ish) in color and perhaps in the shade, so his eye didn't notice it immediately. light colored vehicles are safer folks |
