Re: Dumb Kitchen Staff Has No Clue What to Do in Case of Fire
Poor dips have no clue what to do and obviously, NO TRAINING. Also, I saw zero fire extinguishers. The management is supposed to provide these young workers with the information that they need. Absurd… SMH I’m thinking neither of these restaurants are in The USA.

Re: Dumb Kitchen Staff Has No Clue What to Do in Case of Fire
To be fair, I never worked in a McDonalds (or something comparable) or experienced needing to put out a large grease fire, so I can't claim I wouldn't have done the same thing.

Re: Dumb Kitchen Staff Has No Clue What to Do in Case of Fire
That's exactly what happens if you throw water on pan fire! Everyone should know that doing it is a big no no as that's what happens! What happens is the water mixing with the hot burning oil creates an extremely flammable often explosive vapour so yeah never do it! The best way to contain a pan fire is to place a damp towel over the pan which will starve the fire of oxygen and the fire should then go out not long after!
