The accident happened in Turkey in the Sultangazi Cebeci Tunnel. A well known guy in the car modification scene in Turkey was doing a topspeed run with his fiancé in his Ferrari 458 Spider.

But that didn't end well for him. Somehow one of the tires didn't like the speed he was doing which caused the car to lose control and crash. Thankfully no one was hurt.

Probably just some ignorant elderly mentally challenged paralyzed pedestrian, trying to cross the road with his walker. But at least he made it 1/100th of the way across. So there's THAT!
