Drunk Woman in Mercedes Hits Security Guard Sitting on a Chair
Peru. Mariska P. A.C (32) remains in police custody. Authorities confirmed she had 1.84 g/l of alcohol in her blood, which is nearly four times the legal limit (0.5 g/l). Furthermore, her driver's license had been expired since July 2022. Following public outcry over the initial police report, which inaccurately listed the injuries as being caused by a "fall from a height"  the head of the Police Region announced that the officers involved are being investigated for misconduct and have been removed from their current positions.Security guard Juan M. T, 54, remains in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit. He suffered severe trauma, including multiple fractures to his ribs, pelvis, and spine.  |
