Drunk VW Beetle Driver Invades Emergency Room at Hospital

Images recorded by security cameras shows a VW Beetle invading a hospital Emergency Room in Brazil late on Tuesday (30).

In a drunk 'rage', the driver broke the entrance with his car and caused damage to the reception of the unit. According to hospital staff, the man was angry for being banned from entering the room where his son was getting medical treatment because he was intoxicated and invaded the unit with the vehicle.

The car speeds up and invades the waiting room, breaking the glass door and hits the desk. The only security guard is still trying to talk to the man, who suddenly puts the beetle in reverse and hits the wall and once again invades the room.

He was in his wife's company, but was denied entry because he had signs of intoxication. He was caught red-handed and arrested for damage to public property, contempt of authority and resisting arrest. No one was injured.

The driver remains in prison and must also account for drunk driving.
