I was in China for 3 weeks, and went through the college areas of both Shanghai and Beijing, as late as 2 am, and NEVER saw ANYONE ever drunk. It was more like 2 pm, than 2 am. I was impressed. But maybe I was only on the floors that DIDN'T have elevators. |
