Drunk Driving Ministry of Internal Affairs Employee Hit and Kills 1 Woman
A Chuvash Republic Ministry of Internal Affairs employee was driving intoxicated in his Kia last Saturday on a snowy dark road when he hit two elderly women. The 79-year-old victim died from the injuries at the scene of the accident and the other 67-year-old victim was taken to a hospital with various injuries. The driver fled the accident scene but was arrested latyer on. A criminal case was started against the driver.

Okay pos driver. But come on, if he wasn’t under the influence I doubt he’d have been arrested and charged. I guess even if he was UTI and stayed at the scene, lawyer could probably get him a lesser charge. The pedestrians were not visible until the vehicle was just a few feet away. The pedestrians didn’t even give a shit to make sure coast was clear, were they UTI too? |

indeed, what the hell were they thinking standing in the middle of the road in the dark. Drunk driver or not but you can't blame the driver 100 % for their stupidity.

That'd be hilarious. I bet the judge would award him $1 and also award the counter sue with $1. Lol. Or at least thats how I have watched Judge Judy do in some ridiculous cases.
