Drunk Driver Without Driver License Hits Car and 3 Pedestrians
Brazil, Three people had to be taken to the hospital after being hit on Sunday afternoon when a car crashed into the back of another vehicle and hit the pedestrians on the sidewalk. According to the PM, the cause of the accident was the driver being drunk and he had no license to drive. In addition, his vehicle was seized by authorities. A security camera recorded the time of the accident. The images show when the man hits the back of a car and then runs into an 18-year-old man and two 15- and 16-year-old teens. A young woman who was near narrowly escaped being hit. Residents of the area prevented the driver from leaving the place until the arrival of the police, who performed a breathalyzer test on the man of 35 years, where the equipment pointed out that he had ingested way too amny alcoholic beverages. The youths were rescued by the Fire Department and taken with minor injuries to a hospital. The driver was referred to the traffic police station, where he remains at the disposal of justice. |
