Russia, 7,5 years in prison for a 26 year old drunk Mazda driver causing the death of a 25-year-old student who was in the Lada. Investigation showed that 26-year-old pharmacist Renata Kolganova was drunk, but she herself did not admit to drinking alcohol. The relatives of the deceased considered the sentence to be too lenient as they insisted on an 11-year prison term. |
