Drunk Driver Hits Guy on Crosswalk, Blames Him and Splits the Scene
A 35-year-old motorist hits a man walking a crosswalk in russia. He gets out and blames the victim before driving away. The pedestrian, 54, was taken to the Hospital. The driver fled the scene but was found and tested for alcohol intoxication. His breath alcohol level was over 1.300 mg/L.
