Mexico, a yet still unknown drunk driver of a chevrolet aveo ran over a group of people on the street injuring three women and a dog. It all started after some people told him to not drive around drunk and when they approached the car he threw out a drink and sped away but reversed a little later running over some people of the group and drove forward again and runs over another woman during his getaway. Police is still looking for the drunk driver.

He did not seem that drink to me or he would have not driven back and forth perfectly straight on a very short amount of time. He probably just said "Fuck them all!!  "
