Drunk Biker Crashes into Another Biker

El Salvador. The National Civil Police (PNC) reported the arrest of Eduardo S.C, 46, after causing a traffic accident while riding a motorcycle.

According to authorities,he had a blood alcohol level of 160 at the time of the accident, which injured another motorcyclist. The victim was taken to a health center for medical attention.

The detainee will be charged with negligent injury and dangerous driving of a motor vehicle.

160 = double the limit?
Not sure how their unit works but BAC in the states have limits of 0.05 or less. I don’t see any decimal point so if it’s really 160 I’d say a whole lot more than double.
